Transeuropa
The terms that apply when you use this website or ask Transeuropa Insurance Brokers to arrange insurance on your behalf.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Transeuropa Insurance Brokers website and our services as an insurance broker. By browsing this site, requesting a quote, or instructing us to arrange or manage a policy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our services, and get in touch if you'd like to discuss any part of them.
We act as an independent intermediary between you and a panel of insurers. We are not an insurer ourselves, and we don't underwrite risk. When your policy is placed, your contract of insurance is with the insurer, not with Transeuropa.
Our job is to understand what you need covered, compare suitable options across our panel, recommend a policy, and support you through the life of that policy, including at claims time.
This website is provided for general information about our services and to let you request a quote or get in touch. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of insurance cover. Cover only begins once we've confirmed it in writing.
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, submitting false information, or using it in a way that could disrupt its operation for other users.
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us. Final terms depend on the insurer's own underwriting, and may change once they've reviewed your full details. You're responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and complete. An inaccurate answer can affect whether a claim is paid.
We'll confirm your cover in writing once it's placed, along with your policy documents. Please read them and let us know straight away if anything looks wrong.
We're usually remunerated by commission paid by the insurer, which is reflected in your premium. Where we charge a separate broking fee, we'll disclose it to you clearly before you commit to cover. If you choose to pay by instalments through a premium finance arrangement, the total cost of credit will be shown to you before you agree to it.
Premiums must be paid by the due date shown on your policy documents. Missed payments can result in your cover being cancelled by the insurer.
You can cancel a policy at any time by contacting us. Cancellation terms, including any applicable refund, are set by the insurer and explained in your policy documents. Most personal lines policies also come with a statutory cooling-off period shortly after purchase.
If you're unhappy with our service, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. See our Regulatory Information page for our full complaints procedure, including your right to escalate a complaint to an independent ombudsman.
We'll act with reasonable skill and care in arranging your insurance, but we can't guarantee that an insurer will accept a claim. That decision rests with the insurer, under the terms of your policy. We're not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information you've given us, or for the insurer's own claims decisions, except where we've been negligent in the advice or service we provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transeuropa Insurance Brokers is registered, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to your right to refer a complaint to an ombudsman first.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Questions? Contact us at hello@transeuropabrokers.com or +44 20 1234 5678.

Our website may link to insurers' sites, payment providers, or other third parties for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. We'd recommend reviewing their own terms before you use them.
We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including insurer system outages, industrial action, or events affecting the wider financial services or telecommunications infrastructure we rely on to serve you.
